I Believe in second chances

I believe that everyone deserves a second chance. I believe that two wrongs do not make one right. I know that first impressions can make it or break it. But as I’ve said everyone deserves a second chance at what ever it may be. No one is perfect no one can really walk the line, except Johnny cash of course but seriously, we have since the beginning of time had to find ways to ask for forgiveness, Adam bite the apple and he looked for forgiveness and instead of being zapped from the world he found himself in God’s grace and God granted him a second chance. I believe that a second chance is a clean slate.

I know from personal experience that I’ve screwed up and it takes more than flowers and duck tape to fix the situation. Flowers wither and duck tape, well its too sticky and holds on to the dirt that got me into the situation to begin with. I’ve had my share of heartaches and stress so trust me when I say a clean slate allows for a burden to be lifted. A clean slate allows me to make my impression yet again. A clean slate is what builds back up the mind and soul. It allows me to lose the grudges and it allows me to love again. Because as what I know I mess up everyday and the only thing I can do really is just love, forgive and ask for forgiveness. I’m not perfect but I'm glad that I have been offered clean slates from people that I’ve hurt. Second chances have saved many of my relationships and that is why I believe in second chances.
