This I Believe In Intuition

Have you ever had a feeling that something just wasn’t right? Or one side of your brain tells you to do one thing and the other says do another. Well that’s where my belief kicks in, I believe in intuition. Although at times I chose not to follow, it has gotten me out a lot of trouble and even the worst of the worst. I remember being at skate depot one evening with a few of my friends Courtney, Breanne and Janaye. The plan was to go skating then go back to Breanne’s house but I guess that was my plan.
That night Janaye and Breanne had met these two guys at the skating ring and seemed to really be interested in therm. For some reason I felt as though they were hiding something. When the skating session was over the two guys invited us to go to 18+ party with them. Of course Janaye and Breanne were down, and Courtney was too. As for me I turned down the invite and told them that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving with two complete strangers. This could be some sort of set up. The girls laughed it off and told me I was a party pooper. So I called my cousin come pick me up. On the ride home I couldn’t help but worry about what my friends were getting them selves into.
Just a few hours after my cousin and I reached our destination my phone began to ring. It was Courtney, her voice sounded like one of which who was in a horrifying terror, movie. I told her to calm down and let it out. She began to cry as she explained to me what happened. “Those two jerks took us to some apartments and raped Breanne and Courtney”, she said with an angry voice. From then on I knew it was my intuition. My intuition that told me something wasn’t right from the get go. What if I would have ignored my feelings and left with them? That could have been me right? That’s why I believe in intuition.
